Annual Meeting

Please note that there will be no Entr’acte nor Coffee Hour following the 9am Mass.
The Vestry has called the parish’s Annual Meeting for 10:15am on Sunday, January 25, 2026, the Third Sunday after the Epiphany. The meeting will be held in the Nave of the Church. Our bylaws provide that no action may be taken at the Annual Meeting other than set forth in the Vestry’s Warrant.
Elections: In order to vote, one must be a baptized Christian, at least sixteen years of age, who supports the parish through both regular attendance at public worship, and a regular, recorded financial contribution for the year preceding the Meeting (2025). Voters must not vote in another church. In addition, voters must subscribe to the parish bylaws, and acknowledge the authority of the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts. You must be present to vote.
Voting: As has been our custom for many years, and to enfranchise electors at all Masses, voting will open at 7:45am in the Library on January 25th, and will remain open through the conclusion of the Solemn Mass.
